Breakfast Tortilla with Sunny-Side Up Eggs

Breakfast Tortilla with Sunny-Side Up Eggs
Breakfast Tortilla with Sunny-Side Up Eggs

This delicious breakfast, brunch, or luncheon can go straight from the oven to the table. When it is my turn to choose, a savory breakfast usually wins out over a sweet breakfast.

Everyone in my family has a different cook of eggs, a different veggie preference, and a different opinion on spices. What is so great about this recipe is that it is completely customizable! And nothing beats ripping off chunks of crispy tortillas and plunging them into the cheese and egg.
