- 4 cups shredded white cabbage
- 1 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
For the dressing:
- 4 Tablespoons olive oil
- 4 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1 Teaspoon salt or more to taste
Instructions
- Combine the shredded white cabbage and chopped parsley in a large bowl.
- In a jar, combine the dressing ingredients, close the jar, and shake vigorously to combine.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss until well combined.
