Ingredients

  • Ingredients:

For the salad:

  • 4 cups shredded white cabbage
  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

For the dressing:

  • 4 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 1 Teaspoon salt or more to taste

Instructions

  • Combine the shredded white cabbage and chopped parsley in a large bowl.
  • In a jar, combine the dressing ingredients, close the jar, and shake vigorously to combine.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss until well combined.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving, or refrigerate overnight for optimal flavor melding.
