One of the joys of homemade dressing is the ability to tailor it to your preferences. A touch more pomegranate molasses for sweetness, a dash of vinegar for extra tang, or a pinch of herbs and spices for an exotic twist—these variations allow you to create a dressing that resonates with your palate.

Pomegranate Molasses Salad Dressing Overview

All you need are a handful of ingredients (and no more than five minutes) to make this dressing. Here’s what you’ll need, no preservatives here!

  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Pomegranate molasses
  • Honey
  • Salt and pepper

Measure all of the ingredients into a jar and whisk to combine. Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning as needed. If the dressing is too thick, you can add a little more olive oil or vinegar to thin it out. If the dressing is too tart, you can add a little more oil or honey to balance the flavor. Once the Pomegranate Molasses Salad Dressing is to your liking, it is ready to be served.

I highly recommend doubling or tripling the recipe and storing the leftovers in the fridge.
