Ingredients Overview
Quinoa: The secret to the perfect crunch! When toasted, quinoa takes on a nutty flavor and crispy texture, making it the ultimate addition to chocolate bark. Plus, it’s packed with protein and fiber!
Dark Chocolate: The rich, velvety base of this bark. Dark chocolate (70% or higher) is loaded with antioxidants and adds a deep, indulgent flavor that pairs beautifully with the crunchy quinoa and tangy berries.
Freeze-Dried Berries: A pop of natural sweetness! Freeze-dried berries not only add fruity flavor but also a light, crispy texture that complements the chocolate and quinoa. They’re also a great source of vitamins and antioxidants.
