Add the quinoa to a large skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring often, for 5-6 minutes or until the quinoa becomes golden and starts to pop.
Place the chopped dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly between each, until completely melted.
Break the freeze-dried berries into small pieces or place them in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
Stir the toasted quinoa into the melted chocolate and add the processed freeze-dried berries. Mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread it out evenly. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 1 hour or until the chocolate is fully set. Once set, break the bark into pieces and enjoy! Keep refrigerated.
