Description

Chia Seed Oat Milk Pudding is ready in minutes. It sits overnight and is ready to grab and go. Plus, it’s creamy, filling, and customizable *Overnight is great, but in my opinion, letting it sit for 24 hours allows for even better absorption and a creamier texture* Feel free to double, triple, etc...

Equipment

  • A small jar with a lid

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup oat milk or milk of choice
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup or honey adjust to taste
  • 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Optional toppings: fresh or dried fruits, jelly, granola, nut butter, nuts, and seeds.

Instructions

  • Mix the chia seeds with oat milk in a jar or bowl with a lid.
  • Stir in the sweetener.
  • Let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight (or better, 24 hrs).
  • When ready to enjoy, give it a good stir and add your favorite toppings.
  • Store chia pudding in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
