Ingredients
2Tablespoons chia seeds
1/2cupoat milkor milk of choice
1Tablespoon maple syrup or honeyadjust to taste
1/2Teaspoonvanilla extractoptional
Optional toppings: fresh or dried fruits, jelly, granola, nut butter, nuts, and seeds.
Instructions
Mix the chia seeds with oat milk in a jar or bowl with a lid.
Stir in the sweetener.
Let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or better, 24 hrs).
When ready to enjoy, give it a good stir and add your favorite toppings.
