Description
Skip the store-bought dressing with this easy and delicious recipe.

Equipment
A small jar with a lid
Ingredients

Tablespoons (90ml)
olive oil
extra virgin
▢

Tablespoons (30ml)
apple cider vinegar
▢

Tablespoons (30ml)
pomegranate molasses
▢
1
Tablespoon (15ml)
honey
or more to taste
▢
1/8
teaspoon
salt
▢
a
pinch of black pepper
Instructions
Combine dressing
ingredients
in a jar
, close, and shake the jar vigorously to combine.
Just before serving, add dressing to taste and toss to combine.
Serve immediately after tossing with dressing.
Notes
I highly recommend doubling or tripling the recipe and storing the leftovers in the fridge.
