Notes

How to store Lox spread?
Refrigerate the Lox spread as soon as possible. Use an airtight glass container or a glass jar with a lid. Store the spread in the refrigerator for up to five days. After that, it's best to discard any leftovers. When you're ready to serve the lox spread, remove it from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes to soften slightly.
Can I make Lox spread without a mixer?
Yes, you can make lox spread without a mixer. While using a mixer can help achieve a smoother and more evenly mixed spread, you can still make a delicious lox spread by using a fork or spoon to mix the ingredients manually.
