Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.
Prepare your toppings.
Place chocolate and oil in a microwave-safe bowl or a glass liquid measuring cup. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Dip each pretzel rod in the chocolate as far as you can. Tap off the excess chocolate, then place it on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with your toppings.
Repeat until the chocolate is gone. Cool at room temperature or in the fridge. Cooling in the refrigerator is recommended if you want the pretzels to be ready quickly.
