Preheat the oven to 425°F/210°C.
Cut cauliflower into small florets, relatively uniform size.
Toss oil together with the spices in a large bowl. Stir in the cauliflower and mix until very evenly coated.
Spread the cauliflower in an even layer on a baking sheet, so they are not touching.
Roast cauliflower for 25-30 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender. Flipping your cauliflower halfway through is optional.
Serve with tahini sauce or your favorite dip on the side. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
