Roasted “Popcorn” Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower head washed and dried
  • 2 Tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • *feel free to be creative and use other spices!

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F/210°C.
  • Cut cauliflower into small florets, relatively uniform size.
  • Toss oil together with the spices in a large bowl. Stir in the cauliflower and mix until very evenly coated.
  • Spread the cauliflower in an even layer on a baking sheet, so they are not touching.
  • Roast cauliflower for 25-30 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender. Flipping your cauliflower halfway through is optional.
  • Serve with tahini sauce or your favorite dip on the side. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
