Green Salad with Fresh Figs

A small jar with a lid
Ingredients
For the salad:

3-4
cups
mix greens (like romaine, kale, spinach, arugula) washed and dried.
▢

small
figs cut into halves
▢
7
oz (200 grams)
fresh mozzarella cheese
For the sauce:
▢
4
tablespoons (60 ml)
olive oil
▢
4
tablespoons (60 ml)
apple vinegar
▢
4
tablespoons (60 ml)
soy sauce
▢
4
tablespoons (60 ml)
granulated sugar
Instructions
Arrange
mixed greens
and
figs
on a plate or in a bowl. Tear up the
mozzarella
into small pieces and place it on top.
Place all the
dressing ingredients
into a jar. Shake it, and drizzle about half over the salad. Toss well, adding more dressing if needed.
Tips and Tricks:
Add ½ green apple/pear thinly sliced
Add ¼- ½ cup candied nuts
Add goat or blue cheese insted of mozzarella
