No-Bake Healthy Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (200 grams) almond flour
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) natural peanut butter + a little more if needed
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) real maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup (100 grams) chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  • If the dough is dry and not coming together, add another tiny amount of peanut butter. If it's too wet to roll into balls, chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Roll into balls about 1 oz (30 grams each) and store in the refrigerator.
