Ingredients

  • 1 small banana (preferably frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 grams) cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) milk of your choice
  • 1/2-3/4 cup (120-180 ml) cold water

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If your smoothie seems too thick, add a bit of milk or water.
