Super Easy Granola

granola in a jar

What a pleasure, to start your day with a delicious bowl of homemade granola! And it’s easy to make, I mean if you ever asked yourself which granola is healthiest, the answer is the kind made at home. In my family, we like to eat it straight from the jar.

  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts, seeds, and your favorite dried fruits chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 350F°/180C°.
  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except for the toppings.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and spread into an even layer. Gently press down on the granola with the back of a spatula or spoon.
  • Bake for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not bake the granola too long. It should be just lightly golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven, add the toppings, and mix well.
  • Completely cool the granola before transferring it to an airtight container or a jar.

Tips and Tricks:

  • You can add the nuts and seeds (not the dried fruits) to the mixture before it goes into the oven.
