These delicious party bites take 5 minutes to make and soooo good! Get all the ingredients ready ahead of time and put them together just before serving. They’re sure to make an impression!
Not only is this recipe so easy, but it is also very quick to make. The bites are great last-minute finger food that you can serve for get-togethers, Rosh Hashanah, Shavout, Thanksgiving, and much more. It is relatively easy to find Kosher smoked salmon and cream cheese in major grocery stores. Making it the perfect bite when your guests are keeping Kashrut. It’s also gluten-free and low-carb.
Smoked salmon: Salmon is the star in this appetizer, so use good quality smoked salmon.
Cucumber: English cucumber is longer and thinner than a standard cucumber, and you don’t need to peel it!
Cream cheese: I used full-fat whipped cream cheese, but you may lighten up this recipe by using a low-fat substitute.
Dill: I highly recommend using fresh dill as it really makes the flavors in the cream cheese shine.
