Have you ever just wanted to eat cookie dough that you are about to put in the oven? Well, now you can! Edible cookie dough is sweet and delicious!
This cookie dough recipe has only a few ingredients and is so easy to make. These healthy cookie dough balls are as close as it gets to the real thing while using more nutritious ingredients. I like to keep them handy in the fridge when I am craving something sweet or as an after-workout snack.

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  • If the dough is dry and not coming together, add another tiny amount of peanut butter. If it's too wet to roll into balls, chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Roll into balls about 1 oz (30 grams each) and store in the refrigerator.
