You can never have too many salad recipes, right? Especially when they are so delicious and easy to make. To make this salad all you need to do is chop up some fresh veggies, add feta, olives, and a simple dressing. You’ll have a delicious salad everyone will love!

Instructions

  • Cut the red onion, tomatoes, and cucumbers into wedges or large chunks (I slice some into rounds and cut the rest in wedges)
  • Thinly slice the bell pepper into rings.
  • Place everything in a large salad dish. Add a good handful of pitted olives.
  • Pour olive oil and lemon juice all over the salad. Give everything a very gentle toss.
  • Crumble the feta and add on top.
  • Season with dried oregano, salt and pepper.
